- WordPress for Dummies — aside from the fact that “for Dummies” is a trademarked phrase (and there is a corresponding book, WordPress For Dummies
) I could certainly do an intro to WordPress class. However, there is also an active WordPress users group in Victoria (currently on summer hiatus) that helps to organize the annual WordCamp mini-conferences and I would recommend both to any new user of WordPress.
- Internet Safety (for parents, about kids) — again, this is a class I could develop, but I think there are other people who are doing this well. The Ministry of Education has some information online and this past school year, parents were invited to an evening presentation by Saanich Police on cyber-safety.
- Lessons from the Purpose Party / First 10K — great idea but we’re not there yet. Earmarked for future development. [references: purpose party, First 10K]
