This morning, I headed for the bus stop and happened to catch the crescent moon in the corner of my eye. I paused and looked up. It was a perfect crescent, bright white, and with enough reflected light that the whole of the moon was silhouetted perfectly against the pre-dawn sky.
By the time I reached my transit transfer stop, the fog had rolled in but it was low, creeping along the playing field, blocking out the houses and buildings just beyond a row of trees and the moon still held court high in the sky.

Since I blogged yesterday, I have been pondering and think I may challenge myself to a month of blog posts, NaBloPoMo style. They may not be much, but thanks to Posterous, I think it’ll be easier to pull off.
