Naked Trees

There’s something about deciduous trees in winter that makes them perfect for artists. Maybe it’s because the trees stand there, proudly naked, like life models. I often capture their outstretched limbs on film — especially when it has snowed — and this simple painting craft, suitable for all ages, evokes that same feeling.
